This course has been approved by the Minnesota Commissioner of Commerce for 3 hours of Real Estate Continuing Education.

(Meets a requirement for the GRI Designation)

Participants will learn about the importance of obtaining properly drafted representation contracts, common compensation questions, best practices, and dispute resolution.

Note:Prepare to be on time as the DOC rules require that you cannot miss ANY  of each class or no CE can be given.

Susan Dioury
Susan is the Vice President of Risk Reduction for the 16,000+ member Minnesota Association of REALTORS®. In this position she serves as in-house counsel for the Association and oversees risk management issues including the MNAR approved Forms, Buyer/Seller Arbitration, and will be overseeing the Association’s Professional Standards Program. Susan has been with the Minnesota Association of REALTORS® since 1995 with a four-year break from the Association to finish her law degree.Susan is a licensed attorney in Minnesota receiving her Juris Doctor from William Mitchell College of Law in 2012 and her Bachelor of Arts degree from Augsburg College in 1995.

Anne Kealing
Ms. Kealing is in-house counsel for the Minnesota Association of REALTORS®.  She graduated from the University of Kansas in 2007 with a Bachelor of Arts in History and a Bachelor of Science in Journalism.  She went on to graduate from the University of Kansas School of Law in 2010.  Ms. Kealing practiced law in Kansas for more than a year before moving to Minnesota, where she has lived and practice law for almost four years.  She is licensed to practice law in Minnesota (since 2011), Missouri and Kansas (inactive).  Much of Ms. Kealing’s law practice in Minnesota has been heavily focused on Real Estate law and related issues.

Cancellation within 2 business days of the class will result in a $10 cancellation fee. "No shows" will forfeit the registration fee.
