Discrepancies in size are one of the major complaints against appraisers, particularly for E&O claims. The value of a residential property is often directly related to its size, and there are other real estate professionals, besides appraisers, who rely on accurate size calculations, including real estate agents and assessors. This course provides an overview of ANSI Z765-2013 and how it can be applied by a real estate professional, including in-class calculation examples.
This course is pending approval with the Minnesota Commissioner of Commerce for 4 hours of RE and Appraiser Continuing Education.  B&B Professionals is the provider for this course.
