This course is designed to heighten awareness of and sensitivity to diversity in real estate market populations. The course content covers how to transact business in culturally competent ways and discusses subtleties of fair housing, business etiquette for specific cultures and additional attention to international clientele. Note: DOC rules require that you cannot be more than 10 minute late or NO CE can be given. There will be a $25 cancellation fee if registration is cancelled within ten days of the class date.
