(Meets a requirement for the GRI Designation) **You will attend this class at the REALTOR Association of Southern MN** This class will explore common scenarios faced by real estate professionals and the conflicts they face in the continuance of their work offering both practical and ethical solutions. There will also be a detailed explanation of the commission dispute arbitration process. Suggestions of corrective action and communication will be discussed as a standard of practice. Note: Prepare to be on time as the DOC Rules require that you cannot miss ANY of each class - or NO CE can be given.
