DescriptionLocationInstructors Real Estate and Taxes This course has been approved by the Minnesota Commissioner of Commerce for 3 hours for Real Estate Continuing Education The purpose of this course is to help real estate licensees gain a better understanding of real estate taxes, adjustments, depreciation and calculation of gain or loss. Instruction will also cover tax information on a variety of various real estate properties. Property taxes, valuation, types of classes and the Assessor’s requirement will also be covered. Students will also gain insight on the fundamentals of helping clients with property exchanges and compliance with the I.R.S. Code 1031. Cancellation within 2 business days of the class will result in a $10 cancellation fee.
