Counseling Sellers: From Listing To Closing
This course has been approved by the Minnesota Commissioner of Commerce for 3 hours for real estate continuing education
(Meets a requirement for the GRI designation)

This course will teach real estate practitioners how to identify their sellers' specific wants and needs as well as competently counsel their seller clients about marketing their property, objective pricing and current market conditions. In addition the instructor will cover licensees' responsibilities to sellers from initial interview through closing. Federal and state fair housing laws and MN agency and disclosure law will also be discussed.

DOC Rules require that you cannot be more than 10 minutes late for each class - or NO CE can be given

Cancellation within 2 business days of the class will result in a $10 cancellation fee.
