DescriptionLocation While the NAR Code of Ethics establishes objective, enforceable ethical standards that govern the professional conduct of REALTORS®, it does not address issues of courtesy or etiquette. This one hour course looks at Professional Courtesies REALTORS® are encouraged to follow to show respect for the consumers (the public), property and peers. We'll focus especially on those areas where dealing with historic low inventory adds a variety of pressure - and sometimes bad behavior - to the business of residential real estate and offer recommended practices that attendees can immediately implement to enhance their professionalism and protect consumers and property. This education offering is recognized by the Minnesota Commissioner of Commerce as satisfying 1.0 hour of credit toward continuing Real Estate education requirements. Class starts promptly at 11:00 AM. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of class to make sure you are signed in and ready when class begins.
