How Much Home Can You Really Afford

This course has been approved by the Minnesota Commissioner of Commerce for 3 hours of Real Estate Continuing Education.

This course will cover financial issues in purchasing real estate, including cost and financial benefits of homeownership, appreciation, inflation, taxes, return on investment, payment ratios, debt analysis, qualifying payment amounts, and budget planning and management.

Note: Prepare to be on time as the DOC requires you cannot miss  ANY of the class or no CE can be given.

Todd Rooker

Todd started his career in the financial planning industry more than 25 years ago. He grew up on a family farm in Crookston Minnesota and began working on complex estate planning issues during the Farm Crisis of the mid -1980's. This experience along with his own personal life taught him the value of Asset Protection. Most importantly, how to think and strategically plan in a highly stressed financial environment. He is the 4th generation in his family to serve with honor in the United States Navy. Todd believes that military strategy should be applied to all financial decisions.  He teaches professional accredited classes in multiple states to Attorneys, Bankers, Certified Financial Planners, CPA’s, Insurance Agents, Mortgage Brokers and Realtors on the topics of: Estate Planning and Asset Protection, Wealth Creation & Finance, Mortgage Lending, Business Structure, Valuation & Sale, Accounting & Money Management, Debt Settlement, Credit Counseling and Bankruptcy as well as the tax and credit implications related to each of these issues and is a bona fide expert on Credit and Credit Scoring.
