She graduated from the University of Kansas in 2007 with a Bachelor of Arts in History and a Bachelor of Science in Journalism. She went on to graduate from the University of Kansas School of Law in 2010. Ms. Kealing practiced law in Kansas for more than a year before moving to Minnesota, where she has lived and practice law for almost four years. She is licensed to practice law in Minnesota (since 2011), Missouri and Kansas (inactive).
