DescriptionLocation A Guide to Navigating Transactions (Meets a requirement for the GRI designation) This course has been approved by the Minnesota Commissioner of Commerce for 3 hours for real estate continuing education This class will give licensees an understanding of real estate professionalism and how to utilize professionalism with clients. Students will learn how to manage different types of issues and gain knowledge of prevention techniques for common real estate issues. The instructor will share practices on how to counsel buyers and sellers with transactions, conflict, negotiation and working with different personality types. DOC Rules require that you can not be more than 10 minutes late for each class - or NO CE can be given Cancellation within 2 business days of the class will result in a $10 cancellation fee.
