Resolving Transaction Disputes (GRI), October

(Meets a requirement for the GRI designation)
This class will explore common scenarios faced by real estate
professionals and the conflicts they face in the continuance of
their work offering both practical and ethical solutions. There
will also be a detailed explanatio of the commission dispute
arbitration process. Suggestions of correcive action and
communication will e discussed as a standard of practice.
Note: Prepare to be on time as the DOC Rules require that you
cannot miss more than 10 minutes of each class - or NO CE can be
given
Come to the Housing Summit on October 8 and stay October 9 for
two GRI classes, Business & Communication Technology from 9
a.m.-noon and Resolving Transaction Disputes from 1-3 p.m.

Jonathan Kopecky
Mr. Kopecky received his Juris Doctorate from The Saint Louis University School of Law in 1998 and has been licensed to practice law in both Iowa and Minnesota since 1999. Mr. Kopecky practiced Real Estate law for five years while an associate at Ackley, Kopecky & Kingery, LLP and then practiced Canon Law for the Archdiocese of St. Paul and Minneapolis for eight years. Mr. Kopecky is currently in-house counsel and the Director of Professional Standards for the Minnesota Association of REALTORS®.
