Meets a GRI Designation Requirement

This course will help real estate practitioners represent and counsel buyers by assessing buyers' needs and wants, as well as preparing them to make informed decisions and understand the options available them. The instructor will help licensees understand the processes of the entire buyer process including: showing the buyer homes, providing information regarding values, explain the mortgage process, explaining the purchase agreement processes as well as the necessary follow up and communication needed from purchase agreement to closing.

This course has been approved by the Minnesota Commissioner of Commerce for 3 hours of continuing education credit.

**Please note:   This class will be offered via the Zoom meeting platform, a live, virtual format.  Materials and class attendance requirements will be sent to you via email 48-hours prior to the class.   Video attendance is required.   If you register and are unable to attend, we would appreciate it if you would let us know 48 hours in advance of the class, this way we have an opportunity to allow another student to attend since class size is limited.


Please plan to be on time as the DOC requires you cannot miss any of the class or  NO CE can be given

John Anderson
John Anderson has been a licensed Realtor since 1980 and is a broker/owner of Twin Oaks Realty in Crystal. John brings extensive real estate experience to the classroom, both in residential transactions and in the rental/leasing markets. John is the Past President of the Minnesota Association of REALTORS and served on the Professional Standards and RMLS Committees for many years. He holds the CRB, CRS, ARB, E-Pro, GRI and SFR designations.
