DescriptionLocationInstructorsCancellation Policy Minnesota Seller and Licensee Disclosure This course has been approved by the Minnesota Commissioner of Commerce for 3.75 hours of real Estate Continuing Education This course will provide details on numerous real estate licensee disclosure requirement issues. Curriculum also includes the proper disclosures required by sellers, which will include explaining the choices that the sellers have for materials facts disclosure and the differences in the options. The class will cover special disclosure as well as the explanation of general material fact disclosure requirements. We will discuss selling property "as is", the liability sellers can incur for non-compliance and also what the code of ethics requires for disclosure. **Please note: This class will be offered via the Zoom meeting platform, a live, virtual format. Class materials and access to the class with be available in your MNR Academy dashboard (www.academymnr.com). Video attendance is required. If you register and are unable to attend, we would appreciate it if you would let us know 48 hours in advance of the class, this way we have an opportunity to allow another student to attend since class size is limited.
