This course covers various aspects of researching, developing and presenting a Comparative Market Analysis when working with sellers. Topics will include information on what real estate  value is and isn’t, tips on handling sellers’ common pricing misconceptions as well as how agents can educate sellers on the benefits of properly pricing a property to meet the sellers’  goals. The instructor will present elements of a thorough CMA, how market dynamics affect pricing, and the relation of pricing to timing.

Zoe Liston

Zoe Liston, has been a Realtor since 1994, a Certified Residential Appraiser since 1998 and owns her own appraisal company. Since 2003 Zoe has been developing and teaching classes for Minneapolis Area Association of REALTORS (MAAR), RMLS, Northmetro REALTOR® Association, and others, and is also an instructor for Kaplan.  From 2008 - 2010 Miss Liston traveled Minnesota and Florida as a Certified ePro Trainer for the National Association of Realtors. She has been a guest speaker at real estate offices and mortgage broker meetings discussing appraisal practices. She was instrumental in assisting the development of the appraisal division of MAAR. Zoe is also a Member of National Association of Realtors 2010-2011 National Appraisal Committee and past member of the Board of Directors for MAAR.
