DescriptionLocationCancellation Policy Buyer Counseling, 2023 Meets a GRI Designation Requirement This course has been approved by the Minnesota Commissioner of Commerce for 3 hours of continuing education credit. This course will help real estate practitioners represent and counsel buyers by assessing buyers' needs and wants, as well as preparing them to make informed decisions and understand the options available them. The instructor will help licensees understand the processes of the entire buyer process including: showing the buyer homes, providing information regarding values, explain the mortgage process, explaining the purchase agreement processes as well as the necessary follow up and communication needed from purchase agreement to closing. **Please note: This class will be offered via the Zoom meeting platform, a live, virtual format. Class materials and access to the class with be available in your MNR Academy dashboard (www.academymnr.com). Video attendance is required. If you register and are unable to attend, we would appreciate it if you would let us know 48 hours in advance of the class, this way we have an opportunity to allow another student to attend since class size is limited.
