DescriptionLocationInstructorsCancellation Policy Minnesota Seller and Licensee Disclosure This course will provide details on numerous real estate licensee disclosure requirement issues. Curriculum also includes the proper disclosures required by sellers, which will include explaining the choices that the sellers have for materials facts disclosure and the differences in the options. The class will cover special disclosure as well as the explanation of general material fact disclosure requirements. We will discuss selling property "as is", the liability sellers can incur for non-compliance and also what the code of ethics requires for disclosure. John Anderson John Anderson has been a licensed Realtor since 1980 and is a broker/owner of Twin Oaks Realty in Crystal. John brings extensive real estate experience to the classroom, both in residential transactions and in the rental/leasing markets. John is the Past President of the Minnesota Association of REALTORS and served on the Professional Standards and RMLS Committees for many years.
