DescriptionLocationInstructorsCancellation Policy At Home with Diversity This class will count toward your NAR Fair Housing Requirement and has been approved by the Minnesota Commissioner of Commerce for 7 hours of Real Estate continuing education. This class is offered from 8:30am - 4:00pm. You must attend the entire class in order to receive CE for attending. REALTORS® know the importance of adapting and remaining relevant in today’s marketplace. The At Home With Diversity® (AHWD) certification course covers how to work effectively with diverse populations so you can build business success in today’s multicultural real estate market. After you have successfully completed this course, you can apply for the certification on NAR's site. **Please note: This class will be offered IN-PERSON. Materials will be sent to you via email 24-hours prior to the class.If you register and are unable to attend, we would appreciate it if you would let us know 48 hours in advance of the class, this way we have an opportunity to allow another student to attend since class size is limited. If you cancel within 2 business days of the class, you will be charged $25. "No Shows" will be charged $50.
