The Smart Home revolution is here and today's consumers are demanding that REALTORS be the authority in  all things home which now includes Smart Home Technology. In this class, we will help define what makes a  home Smart, the different categories of Smart Home technology, why consumers are buying them, the many
advantages (& risks) of smart home devices, how to buy smart home devices, how to set up smart home systems  & automations, as a REALTOR the steps you need to know to help you market &/or buy a smart property  and how industry leaders are setting pace for us to revolutionize our homes both new and old. Your clients  deserve a Smarter You and you need to know about Smart Homes.

This course has been approved by the Minnesota Commissioner of Commerce for 3 hours of continuing education credit.

**Please note:   This class will be offered via the Zoom meeting platform, a live, virtual format.  Materials and class attendance requirements will be sent to you via email 48-hours prior to the class.   Video attendance is required.   If you register and are unable to attend, we would appreciate it if you would let us know 48 hours in advance of the class, this way we have an opportunity to allow another student to attend since class size is limited.


Please plan to be on time as the DOC requires you cannot miss any of the class or  NO CE can be given
