DescriptionLocation Code of Ethics Case Studies II (Meets a requirement for the GRI designation) This course has been approved by the Minnesota Commissioner of Commerce for 3 hours for real estate continuing education This class will explore common scenarios faced by real estate professionals and their legal and ethical duties when these situations arise. There will also be a detailed explanation of the Ethics Complaint process and potential discipline if found in violation of the Code of Ethics. Suggestions of corrective action and communication will be discussed as a standard of practice. Prepare to be on time as the DOC Rules require that you can not miss more than 10 minutes of each class - or NO CE can be given Cancellation within 2 business days of the class will result in a $10 cancellation fee.
