This course has been approved for 3.75 Hours of CE credit by the MN Department of Commerce

This course will cover many essential topics relevant to real estate professionals in Minnesota. Risk management strategies are now more important than ever. Students will learn how to identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with real estate transactions. They will leave understanding legal obligations, disclosure requirements, and best practices that will help in their day to day business. Risk management involves identifying and addressing potential risks in real estate for the consumer and the licensee. Additionally, student will explore the licensing process for real estate salespersons and brokers in Minnesota. They will leave with a clearer understanding of application procedures, renewal requirements, and compliance with state regulations. 

ON DEMAND INFO
On-demand classes are timed and adhere to the "seat-time" requirement set by the Minnesota Department of Commerce (DOC) for course approval. Continuing education credits can only be earned by attending the course in full, corresponding to the approved hours (MN Statute 45.30 Subd 4a).

Courses are available 24/7, with brief downtime for updates and administration, until the stated expiration date. To complete the course, students must finish all modules, meet the learning objectives and activities, pass the final exam, and complete an end-of-course survey. The course must be finished before the expiration date noted in the student’s campus account––credit will not be awarded after the course loses its active/approved status.

It must be completed before the expiration date listed on the student’s MNR Academy account. No continuing education credit will be granted if the course is completed after its active/approved status has expired.

Courses will remain available on the student’s MNR Academy (academymnr.com) account dashboard for 12 months from the registration (purchase) date or until the DOC's course approval expires, whichever comes first.
