Working through difficult transactions and helping buyers and sellers resolve differences is a big part of a real estate agent’s role in a transaction. However, buyers and sellers are extremely emotional during the transaction and the agent needs to separate the people from problem and help them focus on resolving the issues. This class will help agents negotiate the toughest transactions and build a good relationship with the parties.

Prepare to be on time as the DOC Rules require that you can not miss more than 10 minutes of each class - or NO CE can be given

Cancellation within 2 business days of the class will result in a $10 cancellation fee.
