This course has been approved by the Minnesota Commissioner of Commerce for 3 hours of real Estate Continuing Education
(Meets a requirement for the GRI Designation.)

New Home Construction Sales 101 is designed to introduce the student to the arena of new home construction sales and provide the basic knowledge platforms needed to begin incorporating new construction sales into their business plans as real estate agents. Content is targeted towards agents with limited or no experience representing buyers in a new construction sale or who have never represented a builder. The learning objectives are designed to take the fear out of recommending new construction homes to customers and clients.

**Please note:  This class will be offered via the Zoom meeting platform, a live, virtual format.  Materials and class attendance requirements will be sent to you via email 48-hours prior to the class.   Video attendance is required.   If you register and are unable to attend, we would appreciate it if you would let us know 48 hours in advance of the class, this way we have an opportunity to allow another student to attend since class size is limited.

Note: Prepare to be on time as the DOC rules require that you cannot miss  ANY of each class or NO CE can be given.

Rob Phyle
Rob Phyle is a licensed real estate broker in Minnesota with over two decades of experience in the industry. Since beginning his real estate career in 2001, Rob has specialized in new construction, initially representing up to 13 different builders. He holds the Certified New Home Sales Professional designation from the National Association of Home Builders, as well as the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) and Realtor Senior Advisor (RSA) designations.


Throughout his career, Rob has developed and delivered a wide range of real estate education programs, including continuing education (CE) and non-CE courses for major brokerages and professional organizations such as SPAAR and MAR. His expertise in training and curriculum design led him to serve as Director of Education and Training for Minnesota and Western Wisconsin for a globally recognized real estate brand.

Currently, Rob is a Branch Vice President and Managing Broker for two Minnesota offices, where he oversees more than 125 agents. His leadership is grounded in a commitment to professional development, ethical standards, and empowering agents to achieve success in a competitive market.

Cancellation within 2 business days of the class will result in a $10 cancellation fee. "No Shows" will forfeit the registration fee.
