Successfully navigate through a real estate transaction from accepted offer through closings by recognizing common pitfalls, setting clear expectations with clients, utilizing checklists and systems and professionally and effectively communicating with all parties in a transaction. **Please note: This class will be offered via the Zoom meeting platform, a live, virtual format. Materials and class attendance requirements will be sent to you via email 48-hours prior to the class. Video attendance is required. If you register and are unable to attend, we would appreciate it if you would let us know 48 hours in advance of the class, this way we have an opportunity to allow another student to attend since class size is limited.
