This course is designed to inform buyer and sellers about septic systems, how they function, and why it is important to have them inspected. The student will leave this course with enough information to prepare Realtors, Buyers, Sellers the necessary tools to read/interpret the compliance reports and the basic understanding of an onsite sewage system.
