This class will help define what makes a home "Smart," the different categories of Smart Home Technology and how industry leaders are setting pace for us to revolutionize our homes, both new and old. **Please note: This class will be offered via the Zoom meeting platform, a live, virtual format. Materials and class attendance requirements will be sent to you via email 48-hours prior to the class. Video attendance is required. If you register and are unable to attend, we would appreciate it if you would let us know 48 hours in advance of the class, this way we have an opportunity to allow another student to attend since class size is limited. Map & Directions Brandon Johnson Brandon is a Minnesota licensed Broker working with Coldwell Banker Crown Realtors in Alexandria, MN. His passion for real estate began in 2004 where he focused on new construction and land development; he enjoys working with both residential and commercial clients. Brandon has a bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Northwestern St. Paul (2009.) He is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, Minnesota Association of REALTORS®, and the Greater Alexandria Area Association of REALTORS®. He received the honor of joining Coldwell Banker's International President's Circle in 2015, an honor reserved for those who are in the top 6% of agents internationally. He is enrolled in Coldwell Bankers' exclusive FOCUS Leadership Development program and continues to thrive on learning new ways to innovate the real estate industry. While away from his phone, Brandon can be found spending time with his family, coaching soccer and working on his turn-of-the-century craftsman home.
