DescriptionLocationInstructorsCancellation Policy Proper Pricing and Secrets of the CMA Meets a requirement for the GRI Designation This course has been approved by the Minnesota Commissioner of Commerce for 3 hours of Real Estate Continuing Education This course covers various aspects of researching, developing and presenting a Comparative Market Analysis when working with sellers. Topics will include information on what real estate value is and isnÃ¢â‚¬â„¢t, tips on handling sellersÃ¢â‚¬â„¢ common pricing misconceptions as well as how agents can educate sellers on the benefits of properly pricing a property to meet the sellersÃ¢â‚¬â„¢ goals. The instructor will present elements of a thorough CMA, how market dynamics affect pricing, and the relation of pricing to timing. **Please note: This class will be offered via the Zoom meeting platform, a live, virtual format. Materials and class attendance requirements will be sent to you via email 48-hours prior to the class. Video attendance is required. If you register and are unable to attend, we would appreciate it if you would let us know 48 hours in advance of the class, this way we have an opportunity to allow another student to attend since class size is limited. Map & Directions Zoe Liston Zoe Liston, has been a Realtor since 1994, a Certified Residential Appraiser since 1998 and owns her own appraisal company. Since 2003 Zoe has been developing and teaching classes for Minneapolis Area Association of REALTORS (MAAR), RMLS, Northmetro REALTOR® Association, and others, and is also an instructor for Kaplan. From 2008 - 2010 Miss Liston traveled Minnesota and Florida as a Certified ePro Trainer for the National Association of Realtors. She has been a guest speaker at real estate offices and mortgage broker meetings discussing appraisal practices. She was instrumental in assisting the development of the appraisal division of MAAR. Zoe is also a Member of National Association of Realtors 2010-2011 National Appraisal Committee and past member of the Board of Directors for MAAR. Cancellation within 2 business days of the class will result in a $10 cancellation fee. "No shows" will forfeit the registration fee.
