This course covers thefollowing forms: Agency Disclosure, Buyer Representation: Exclusive, EarnestMoney Receipt, Affiliated Business Arrangement Disclosure, CompensationDisclosure, Purchase Agreement, Counter Offer Addendum, Sale of Buyer’sProperty Contingency, Short Sale Contingency, Arbitration, CIC and Lead basedPaint Addendum.

This course has been approved by the Minnesota Commissioner of Commerce for 3.75 hours of Real Estate Continuing Education.
