The At Home With Diversity® (AHWD) certification course covers how to work effectively with diverse populations so you can build business success in today’s multicultural real estate market. This is a 2 day class. You must attend both days in their entirety in order to receive ANY CE. Plan to be on time as the DOC Rules require you to not miss ANY of the class or NO CE will be given. **Please note: This class will be offered via the Zoom meeting platform, a live, virtual format. Materials and class attendance requirements will be sent to you via email prior to the class. Video attendance is required. If you register and are unable to attend, we would appreciate it if you would let us know 48 hours in advance of the class, this way we have an opportunity to allow another student to attend since class size is limited. *This course has been approved by the Minnesota Commissioner of Commerce for 7 hours of Real Estate continuing education. Robert entered the real estate field in 1985 and has been actively involved in real estate sales and training since that time. He is currently a selling broker with Parks Realty, located in Smyrna, Tennessee, where he actively lists and sells real estate with his team, TeamMorris. Robert has been honored with the Realtor® of the Year and the Tennessee Realtor® Educator of the year awards in his career. He has served on several local association’s Board of Directors and currently serving as 2020 President of the Middle Tennessee Association of REALTORS®.
