Rob Phyle is the Director of Education and Training forthe MN and Western WI Campus of a nationally recognized real estate brand insupport of 1900 Real Estate agents in 24 offices. Prior to Real Estate, hiscareer grew with the tech industry working in Corporate Sales and Marketing forCompaq Computer Corporation and prior to the tech bubble bursting, as a GlobalSolutions Manager for Lucent Technologies. Life events and his experiences withreal estate professionals gave him the charge to reboot his life. He began hisreal estate career in 2001. His passion and successes in real estate lead todeveloping training programs and course content for multiple brokerages and therealtor boards. His reputation is one of high energy, effective communicationskills, sense of humor and down to earth approach to teaching. He believes in threecore principles of public speaking and real estate instruction, to inform, topersuade, and to entertain. His experience in front of thousands of agents hasmade him an expert at Heckler Engagement and Challenger Management. Rob is alicensed Broker, a Certified New Home Sales Professional, a Graduate of theRealtor Institute, a Realtor-Senior Advisor, former Member of the MNAssociations Professional Standards Committee, formally on the USAA PreferredAgent Program, and currently on the NorthStar Agent Advisory Council.
