This course satisfies the DOC Required 1.0 hour of Agency Agency is the heart of every real estate transaction - it's what legally connects agents to their clients and defines the trust between them. In this course, we'll unpack what agency really means, how it shapes your responsibilities, and why acting in your clients' best interests isn't just good ethics - it's the law and the foundation of lasting client relationships. **Please note: This class will be offered via the Zoom meeting platform, a live, virtual format. Class materials and access to the class with be available in your MNR Academy (www.academymnr.com). Video attendance is required. If you register and are unable to attend, we would appreciate it if you would let us know 48 hours in advance of the class, this way we have an opportunity to allow another student to attend since class size is limited.
