Since 2003 Zoe has been developing and teaching classes for Minneapolis Area Association of REALTORS (MAAR), RMLS, Northmetro REALTOR® Association, and others, and is also an instructor for Kaplan. From 2008- 2010 Miss Liston traveled Minnesota and Florida as a Certified ePro Trainer for the National Association of Realtors. She has been a guest speaker at real estate offices and mortgage broker meetings discussing appraisal practices. She was instrumental in assisting the development of the appraisal division of MAAR.
