As you know the MN Dept of Commerce has come down hard on the violations in advertising. The NAR Code of Ethics Article 12 also has FIRM rules regarding advertising specifically presenting a true picture in your advertising and including the company name in your advertising.  The problem is that most of the advertising that you see on Facebook and other social media sites are in violation of both the Code and license law. Beware of the advertising companies that are selling you the templates without even knowing the laws and that makes your posts in violation. 

This course is approved by the Minnesota Commissioner of Commerce for 3 credit hours of continuing education.
