Minnesota Seller and Licensee Disclosure

This course will provide details on numerous real estate licensee disclosure requirement issues. Curriculum also includes the proper disclosures required by sellers, which will include explaining the choices that the sellers have for materials facts disclosure and the differences in the options. The class will cover special disclosure as well as the explanation of general material fact disclosure requirements.   We will discuss selling property "as is", the liability sellers can incur for non-compliance and also what the code of ethics requires for disclosure.

**Please note:  This class will be offered via the Zoom meeting platform, a live, virtual format.  Materials and class attendance requirements will be sent to you via email 48-hours prior to the class.  Video attendance is required.   If you register and are unable to attend, we would appreciate it if you would let us know 48 hours in advance of the class, this way we have an opportunity to allow another student to attend since class size is limited.

Note: Prepare to be on time as the DOC rules require that you cannot miss ANY of each class or NO CE can be given.

This course is approved for 3.75 hours of MN CE.

John brings extensive real estate experience to the classroom, both in residential transactions and in the rental/leasing markets. John is the Past President of the Minnesota Association of REALTORS and served on the Professional Standards and RMLS Committees for many years. He holds the CRB, CRS, ARB, E-Pro, GRI and SFR designations.

Cancellation within 2 business days of the class will result in a $10 cancellation fee. "No Shows" will forfeit the registration fee.
