Explore common scenarios faced in the Real Estate industry and your legal and ethical duties when these situations arise. Jon Kopecky will go into the Ethics Complaint process and potential discipline if found in violation of the Code of Ethics. Case Studies may also be discussed. Note: Please prepare to be on time as the Minnesota DOC rules require you cannot miss ANY of class or NO CE can be given. Mr. Kopecky practiced Real Estate law for five years while an associate at Ackley, Kopecky & Kingery, LLP and then practiced Canon Law for the Archdiocese of St. Paul and Minneapolis for eight years. Mr. Kopecky is currently in-house counsel and the Director of Professional Standards for the Minnesota Association of REALTORS®.
