In the United States, owning a home is the largest generator of wealth for families, exceeding even a households income or their level of educational attainment. Yet, lack of access to homeownership is exacerbating existing racial inequities and affecting economic mobility across the country. This course will cover everyday issues that real estate licensees encounter and address the real estate licensees role as a fiduciary to provide consistent representation that is fair, inclusive and free of conscious or unconscious discrimination.
 
**Please note:  This class will be offered via the Zoom meeting platform, a live, virtual format. Class materials and access to the class with be available in your MNR Academy dashboard (www.academymnr.com).   Video attendance is required. If you register and are unable to attend, we would appreciate it if you would let us know 48 hours in advance of the class, this way we have an opportunity to allow another student to attend since class size is limited. Please see the cancellation policy for more details.
