Resolving Transaction Disputes
This course has been approved by the Minnesota Commissioner of Commerce for 3 hours of Real Estate Continuing Education.
(Meets a requirement for the GRI Designation)

This class will explore common scenarios faced by real estate professionals and the conflicts they face in the continuance of their work offering both practical and ethical solutions. There will also be a detailed explanation of the commission dispute arbitration process. Suggestions of corrective action and communication will be discussed as a standard of practice.

**Please note:  This class will be offered via the Zoom meeting platform, a live, virtual format.  Materials and class attendance requirements will be sent to you via email 48-hours prior to the class.  Video attendance is required.   If you register and are unable to attend, we would appreciate it if you would let us know 48 hours in advance of the class, this way we have an opportunity to allow another student to attend since class size is limited.

Note: Prepare to be on time as the DOC requires you cannot miss  ANY of the class or no CE can be given.

Jonathan Kopecky
Mr. Kopecky received his Juris Doctorate from The Saint Louis University School of Law in 1998 and has been licensed to practice law in both Iowa and Minnesota since 1999. Mr. Kopecky practiced Real Estate law for five years while an associate at Ackley, Kopecky & Kingery, LLP and then practiced Canon Law for the Archdiocese of St. Paul and Minneapolis for eight years. Mr. Kopecky is currently in-house counsel and the Director of Professional Standards for the Minnesota Association of REALTORS®.

Cancelation within 2 business days will result in a $10 cancelation fee. "No shows" will result in a $25 no show fee.
