This course will cover financial issues in purchasing real estate, including cost and financial benefits of homeownership, appreciation, inflation, taxes, return on investment, payment ratios, debt analysis, qualifying payment amounts, and budget planning and management. **Please note: This class will be offered via the Zoom meeting platform, a live, virtual format. Materials and class attendance requirements will be sent to you via email 48-hours prior to the class. Video attendance is required. If you register and are unable to attend, we would appreciate it if you would let us know 48 hours in advance of the class, this way we have an opportunity to allow another student to attend since class size is limited.
